We use a print-on-demand model, so your items are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping Destinations:

- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states & Washington, D.C.

- International shipping coming soon!

Multiple Packages & Split Shipments:

- We partner with two different print-on-demand companies.

- If you order multiple items, they may be produced by different partners.

- Your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

- You will receive a unique tracking number for each package as soon as it leaves the respective supplier.

Processing & Production Times:

- Since our products are custom made to order, they require production before they can ship. Standard production takes 3-7 business days, and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

- Once your order is produced, it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

- $8 Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after production.

- Free shipping on all orders over $50!

Total Estimated Delivery:

- Expect your package(s) to arrive within 2-3 weeks after you place your order.

Tracking Your Order:

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your package is on its way.

- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

Damaged or Missing Items:

- If your item arrives damaged during transit or your tracking information shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work quickly with our print providers to arrange a replacement for you.

Please Note:

- Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers and are not legally binding guarantees.

- Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once an item has entered production.

- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
